Prof. Silva Opuala-Charles is the President and Chairman, Governing Council of Garden City Premier Business School. Prof. Silva Opuala-Charles is a broadly skilled individual with thirty-four years of multi-industry experience spanned as follows: nineteen years of experience in the banking industry, over five years in the public service as commissioner of
finance/budget/economy, Bayelsa state and over ten years in the private business development with subsidiaries focused on paint manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, strategy and consulting.
He majored in Economics specializing in Monetary Economics with a Master’s degree in Economics with specialty in Money and Banking. In September 2016, Dr. Opuala-Charles was awarded the prestigious Global Executive MBA degree from the three affiliate Universities of London School of Economics and Political Science, London; New York University, Stern Business School, New York; HEC Business School, Paris. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a graduate of Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives (BPSE) and Alumnus of IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland. He is an Alumnus of the London Business School, London; London School of Economics and Political Science, London; New York University, Stern School of Business, New York and HEC Management School, Paris.
He is also a distinguished Fellow and Council member of Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and also a Fellow of the Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats (FCCdipl) London, Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (FSM), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA), and Fellow, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (FCEN).

Dr. Nsikan John is Lecturer at Covenant University. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Lagos; a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operations and Production Management from the same University. He also obtained a PhD degree in Business Management at the University of Uyo. Dr Nsikan has functioned as a scholar teaching and researching in various capacities in University of Uyo, Canaan Polytechnic and many professional examination learning centers. He is a member of the following professional associations namely: Chartered Institute of Administration, Institute of Operations Research and Management Science, and International Association for Public Health Logisticians.

Prior to joining Garden City Premier Business School, he sat as the Director of Studies in a fast-growing tertiary institution- Canaan Polytechnic. He has also participated actively in the National Open University (NOUN) programs as Facilitator and Course Examiner. Drawing from his experience in teaching and research, Dr Nsikan John has developed and taught courses in Management Principles and Practice, Operations and Production Analysis, Forecasting and Corporate Decision Making, Strategic Management and Supply Chain Management. His research papers-(over 12 publications) in these areas have been published in many reputed foreign and indigenous journals. Dr. Nsikan John is a regular speaker at conferences in business management and the annual conference of the Institute of Operations Research and Management Science (IORMS).

Prof. Ify Harcourt Wokocha is a Professor of Operation Management in the Faculty of Management Sciences, Federal University Otuoke in Bayelsa State. He has held lecturing and administrative positions in tertiary institutions for over thirty years. He is a management consultant with authored and co-authored books, including several publication in national and international scholarly and Peer Reviewed Journals. Prof. Wokocha is specialist in operations research and management. He is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Member of the Academy of Management Nigeria. Member of the Entrepreneurship of Nigeria and fellow with Entrepreneurship Merit Honours of Association of Business Specialist and Entrepreneurs of Nigeria. He is currently the Head, Department of Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences, Federal University, Otuoke in Bayelsa State.

Dr. Nwiado is a Ph.D. holder in Finance and Banking, specialist in Financial Economics and Corporate Governance from University of Port Harcourt in 2016. He had before this time obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc, HD 1 Part Managerial Economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark in 2004, 2001 and 1999 respectively.
Dr. Nwiado had earlier earned B.Sc degree in Sociology from University of Port Harcourt in 1987. He is trained in Book Keeping; HD part 1 (Management Economics) haven had various scholarships, Fellows, and Prizes from various organizations.
He is a student member of associate of Applied Econometrics and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has worked as a lecturer with UNIPORT Business School and many others.

Dr. Emeka Obi is an experienced and goal-driven registered professional, economist, chartered accountant and economic/financial management consultant, with over 25 years proven record of success in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, management consulting, budgeting, business planning and analysis, economic analysis and risk management within and outside the oil and gas industry. High achiever, competent organizer, gifted in strategic thinking, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Great leader, motivator who enjoys being part of a productive team; equally comfortable working on own initiative.
Dr. Obi has several academic and professional qualifications which include PhD in Monetary economics, MSc in Economics, PGD in Accounting, BSc in finance & banking. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), Full member of Nigeria Economic Society (MNES), Associate member Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management and Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (chartered) MNIM.
Dr. Obi is a four-time recipient of the Most Valued Performance (MVP) Award, Halliburton Energy Services Ltd., Port Harcourt: 2007, 2008 and 2012(twice) consecutively. He has also attended several academic/professional trainings.
Dr. Obi is currently the principal/managing partner of Chukwuemeka Obidike &Co (chartered accountants).
As a visiting member of the faculty, he teaches Accounting for Managers at the MBS/MSc level.
