This “study empirically examined the relationship between Digital Payment Systems and User Experience of Customers of Fintech Companies in Port Harcourt. Digital Payment Systems is dimensioned by mobile money transfer and Point of Sale (POS) terminals, while user experience is measured by perceived ease of use and perceived security and trust. Specifically, the study determines how mobile money transfer and Point of Sale (POS) terminal transactions relate to perceived ease of use and perceived security and trust in payment platforms of fintech companies in Port Harcourt. A correlational research design was adopted, targeting all customers of registered fintech companies in Port Harcourt (infinite population). Using the Krejeie and Morgan (1970) table, a sample size of 384 was determined. Simple random sampling technique was employed, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree). Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was used to test the four null hypotheses at a 0.05 significance level.
