The results of the correlation analysis from Spearman’s rank revealed significant positive relationships between Innovativeness (r = 0.57, p = 0.002), Risk-taking (r = 0.53, p = 0.004), Pro-activeness (r = 0.49, p = 0.007), and Performance. Additionally, Organizational Size was found to significantly moderate the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance (r = 0.45, p = 0.010). These findings suggest that social enterprises in Rivers State benefit from entrepreneurial orientations such as innovativeness, risk-taking, and pro-activeness, leading to improved performance outcomes. Based on these findings, the study recommends that social enterprises should actively foster an innovative culture to enhance their performance.
